Plainly: what we do with your data.

1Controller

digitalemployee.tech is operated by AgenticForce. The data controller is AgenticForce (AI Venture Builder), Warsaw, Poland. For anything related to personal data write to admin@agenticforce.io.

2Digital employee builder

In the builder you answer 3–5 questions about a process you want to hand to a digital employee. Answers go to our server and to a language model that phrases the next question and the first-mission brief.

Before anything is stored or shown to the model we strip strings that look like passwords, tokens or access keys. Still: do not enter credentials or third-party personal data unless the process cannot be described without them.

• Session data (answers, brief, corrections) is stored in the service database.
• Contact details (name, e-mail, optionally company and website) are saved only when you send the brief, with your consent.
• A sent brief is copied to our internal CRM (Notion) so the AgenticForce team can review it.
• Your browser keeps a session identifier and credentials for secure access to the draft and submitted brief. Unsent text may be retained locally so you can return to your work.

3Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to prepare and discuss the digital employee brief with you and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR — consent and pre-contractual steps). We do not profile you and make no automated decisions with legal effects.

4Retention

Sent briefs are kept for up to 365 days from submission unless we start working together earlier or you ask for deletion. Sessions abandoned before sending are deleted automatically after 30 days.

5Deleting your data

When you send a brief you receive a reference number. On the confirmation screen you can delete the brief with one button. You can also e-mail admin@agenticforce.io quoting the reference — we remove the session, the brief and the CRM copy.

6Recipients

Infrastructure providers (hosting and database), the language-model provider that processes answer text to phrase questions and the brief, and Notion as our CRM. We do not sell data.

7Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your data and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or your local authority.

8AF7 community and contact

AF7 community applications and contact messages are stored in Notion and used solely to reply and handle the request.

9Cookies

The site uses no third-party marketing or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers the language choice, motion preference and builder state.
